Hey guys. Im your new our rather your new and first Sigma squad leader. I just want to give you some things about me. For instance, I will be telling you my penguin name, and my standards on what I expect for you to show me and to your fellow members that will soon fill up in the next so and so days.

About me

You know, its good to start with your name when your introducing yourself to an abundance amount of people. I was just thinking about starting with standards, but then I noticed that it would be very foolish to do that because its like, why is he leaving his name at the bottom. Some how it just doesnt make sense. Anyways let me start with my name. My name is Sriv007. I currently have 4 penguins (2 in which I borrow)(1 in which I stole).

Standards

I expect 110% of what you do. Please people, I like full effort. With not giving full effort your letting us down and as of SOWW we are full of commitment. As a Sigma leader, we must fight for SOWW. No excuses. Well if you have an excuse for family reasons or if your sick then thats the only excuse you have. Now heres an example of a lazy person. Oh, I’m sorry I missed recruitment day/war day/invasion day etc. I was just to tired/ I just didnt feel like it. THATS A SORRY EXCUSE!!! YOU THINK IM GONNA FEEEL SAD FOR YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDNT WANT TOO!!! YOU BETTER GONE SOMEWHERE WITH ALL THAT MESS!! I dont play that kind of crap. Sigma Squad does not have time for sorry excuses. But hey, what can I say, you only have 3 strikes and your out. If you want to be the lazy person the go ahead and be lazy. We wont stop you from being lazy. Only thing we would do is keep you off the squad so you won’t even have to worry about coming to anything. You can just stay at your natural state of being lazy and thats that.

Ok, now that I’ve preached my sermon I’ll give you the qualifications and the questions that you have to answer to get my approval on seeing if you are allowed to contribute to this wonderful army.
